Competition Registration

Application for the Recruitment Academy Awards 2025

  • Compete for the most prestigious award in Czech and Slovak HR marketing
  • Compare your projects with the competition and gain valuable insight
  • Registration for the competition is generally subject to a fee, with some exceptions.
  • Every participating company receives one free ticket to the gala evening


We accept applications until midnight on March 5, 2026.

How do registrations for the competition work?

Registration for the RA Awards is open to all companies and individuals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Before completing the application form, please read the following information:

  • You can apply for any number of categories, provided you did not win that category last year.
  • Please fill out the application form in as much detail as possible – in most cases, we do not request additional information after the form has been submitted.
  • The maximum file size is 10 MB. If you have larger files, please include a link to their online location in the application form or upload them to a storage site.
  • Projects are selected by a jury of experts. The methodology for selecting the winning projects can be found on the individual category pages.
  • We will announce the winners at the gala evening on April 23, 2026. Each registered company has 1 free ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased.
  • There is a symbolic fee for competition entries so that we can continue to ensure the high quality of the competition.

Registration Fees

  • Application to 1 category: 1200 CZK + VAT
  • Application to 2 or more categories: 1750 CZK + VAT in total
  • Exceptions: If your company is from the public sector or a non-profit organization, registration is free. Entries for the individual categories Recruiter of the Year and HR Impact Leader of the Year are also free of charge.
  • Payment instructions will be sent to you by email after completing and submitting the registration form.

For correct invoice generation, enter the Company Identification Number (IČO) in an eight-digit numerical format without spaces. Enter the Tax Identification Number (DIČ) in the format CZXXXXXXXX (for the Czech Republic) without spaces, and in a ten-digit numerical format without spaces for Slovakia.

Pracovní inzerát roku

In this category, it is essential to provide the full job ad text. The ad does not need to be online or active anymore, but it must be for a real position within your company. If you are submitting a URL to the job ad, it must remain accessible until the end of April 2026. You may also include additional details, such as the number of candidates who applied for the position.


Náborová kampaň roku

Describe at least some aspects of the campaign, such as its goals, execution, scope, and results. Attach any relevant materials, including visuals of ads, commercials, billboards, online campaigns, etc. Recruitment campaigns also include video job ads, their promotion, and job postings advertised through paid ads—for example, on social media or search engines.

Kariérní video roku

Please provide a link to the video or upload it as an attachment. Additionally, include any relevant details such as video performance, targeting, promotional channels, and other key information.




Recruiter roku

Provide any relevant information about the nominated recruiter, including their professional background, career story, and reasons why they deserve to be Recruiter of the Year. This could include outstanding results, successfully overcoming a challenging professional task, the use of innovative recruitment methods, or any other significant contribution to the company.

Referral program roku

Describe your referral program, including details about its promotion, implementation within your organization, and its results.





Edenred Wellbeing Award

Describe your benefit, program, or process that has improved employee wellbeing in your company over the past year. Include details about its implementation, promotion, and impact on overall employee satisfaction.


HR Impact Leader of the Year

Please include any relevant information about the nominated HR leader in the application, ideally in the form of a written document or presentation. We evaluate four criteria: measurable impact, innovation in approach, execution & adoption, and leadership & collaboration. From the applicants, a panel of experts will select a shortlist of nominees for the next round and request further information. One winner will be selected from among them.
