UNYP Recruiter of the Year
About the category
The only Recruitment Academy Awards category, where the prize goes to an individual. We realise that it is sometimes difficult to enter one recruiter when multiple recruiters are involved in the outcome, so the whole recruitment team can be entered. However, one lead representative needs to be selected to be judged.
Methodology
Recruiters and HR specialists are evaluated in this category. Recommended finalists are selected according to the following criteria:
- Competence
- Contribution to the organization (financial impact, quality, innovation)
- Exemplary work with candidates
- Social impact of the recruiter's work
- Best practice example for other colleagues in the industry
Candidates in this category are nominated by colleagues or supervisors. Candidates can also nominate themselves. The entire recruitment team can also be nominated - however, one representative must be chosen to represent the team and be the primary evaluator.
The Recruitment Academy Awards expert panel will select the recommended candidates for this category. These candidates will receive a questionnaire to complete.
The final five candidates will be interviewed individually by the committee.
Recruiter of the Year 2025
Adéla Janouchová
Last year's Recruiter of the Year title went to Adéla Janouchová from RENOMIA, where she has been working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for almost two years. During that time, she transformed recruitment from an administrative CV forwarding process into a strategic and data-driven one. Thanks to her efforts, she has managed to fill 62 key positions, including long-term vacancies. In addition, she has saved the company over CZK 4.5 million in recruitment costs.
